We encourage companies seeking capital to submit executive summaries for initial review. If from this information it appears the company meets the Desert Angels investment criteria, it will be asked to complete a questionnaire that will be evaluated by the organization’s Screening Panel. Usually one or two companies are selected at each of the periodic meetings of this group to make a PowerPoint presentation to the full membership. A presentation fee of $250 from the selected company(s) will then be due. The company(s) will also be requested to sign a form which provides indemnification to the Desert Angels in addition to other provisions.
